24 hours notice is required when cancelling your appointment. You will be charged 100% of your appointment if you no-show.

If you arrive after your scheduled appointment time, it may not be possible to extend the time available for your booked service; if your service is shortened due to your late arrival, you will still be charged the full cost of the service. Unfortunately, arriving later than 5 minutes for your wax appointment will forfeit your appointment time and be charged 100% of the service.

Due to potentially hazardous chemicals and expensive equipment, please make other arrangements for your children on appointment days. 

Sanitation is one of the top priorities at Bohemi Beauty Bar. We follow a strict, no double dipping polices, all single use items are tossed after each use, and all tools are thoroughly disinfected. We follow all Universal Precautions.

A Brazilian wax is the removal of hair from the bikini area: front, center & back.

A bikini wax removes hair along the inside thigh and along the crease of the thigh.

Hair needs to be ¼” long, which is approximately three weeks of hair growth.

Taking Ibuprofen or Advil 1 hour before your waxing service can help reduce pain and inflammation. Please consult with a doctor before taking any new medications.

It’s best to stay out of tanning beds 1-2 days before and after your waxing service.

Wear sunblock after waxing on area’s that may be affected by the sun.

No exercising for 24 hours after a brazilian, bikini, chest, or back wax.

If possible wait to apply deodorant to newly waxed underarms.

No hot baths/hot tubs, rivers, lakes, or pools 24 hours post waxing
